Trailers are a good way of attracting attention to your books, and there are various ways to create trailers. A dear friend back in the early days of this wild and wonderful millennium, Ellen Richie, taught me how to use PowerPoint. That opened up a wonderful world because I remember the old days of slide shows with Ektachrome and cassette tapes and this was so much easier. PowerPoint had only gotten better. Anyway, that is my medium for making trailers. Now most will say that half minute to minute long trailers are the best, but I have always been long winded, so mine usually tend to be a little longer.
